What Paradigm is
Paradigm turns a spreadsheet into an agent-orchestration workspace. Teams begin with companies, people, papers, products, or other records, define the information each column should contain, and run research agents across the selected cells in parallel.
The interface separates sheet-level reasoning from cell-level enrichment. Chat helps structure a dataset, add rows or columns, and reason about the work, while Cell Agent uses selected research tools and data sources to populate individual cells with visible steps and cited sources.
This is most useful for repeatable research such as market mapping, deal sourcing, recruiting, competitive analysis, and lead enrichment. Speed does not remove the need for review: teams should define source standards, inspect exceptions, and verify any field used for outreach, ranking, financial analysis, or a consequential decision.
