What to consider

• Flow requires an internet connection because transcription occurs in the cloud.
• The individual onboarding choice to improve models is preselected; users must actively choose not to share data.
• Turning off model improvement does not automatically turn off dictation cloud storage.
• Turning off cloud storage does not control all local, mobile, Notetaker, Notes, or feature-specific retention.
• Context awareness can process nearby textbox content, on-screen text, file or variable names, app context, screenshots, and conversation history.
• Custom or web-based password fields may not be recognized as password fields.
• Context exclusions and privacy controls should be tested in each sensitive application rather than assumed.
• Audio, names, dates, technical terms, acronyms, homophones, numbers, punctuation, and negation can be transcribed incorrectly.
