What Truva (acquired by Salesforce) was

Truva began as an in-app onboarding and retention assistant before focusing on AI agents for revenue teams. The later product captured meetings, emails, and voice notes; extracted sales details; updated CRM records; drafted follow-ups; created next actions; and analyzed sales activity.

In July 2025, co-founder Gaurav Aggarwal announced that the Truva team had joined Salesforce to help build Agentforce. Y Combinator now marks the company as acquired, and the former Truva domain directs visitors to Salesforce rather than an independent Truva service.

Availability

Why this listing is historical

Truva no longer publishes a current standalone price or signup path. Before the Salesforce transition, third-party records commonly listed a free plan for up to two team members, a Sales Professional plan around $30 per seat per month, and custom Enterprise pricing. Those figures are historical only.

  • Truva is no longer available as an independent service
  • Historical feature pages and pricing do not describe current Salesforce Agentforce entitlements
  • Former automated CRM writeback required permissions capable of changing customer and pipeline records
