What fynk is
fynk centralizes agreements from creation through signature and post-signature tracking. Teams can import existing PDF or Word contracts, organize them with metadata, create new documents from templates, negotiate changes, route approvals, collect signatures, and monitor renewals in one workspace.
Its built-in AI can summarize and review documents, extract structured fields, find clauses across the repository, draft or rewrite language, and answer contract questions in plain language. The assistant can also take actions within the user's permissions and asks before acting.
fynk supports Simple, Advanced, and Qualified Electronic Signatures, plus signature order and audit tracking.
