Microsoft acquired Fintool on April 18, 2026. Founder Nicolas Bustamante said the team and intellectual property were moving to Microsoft to help bring financial intelligence into Office and Microsoft 365 workflows. The former Fintool website now redirects to Microsoft 365, and there is no current standalone signup or pricing page.
